杰夫不umayr, Chief Development Officer with San Francisco International Airport's Planning, Design & Construction Division, has more than 30 years in design and construction and is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of all San Francisco International Airport’s maintenance & capital projects. He is a strong advocate of the team concept for the design and construction of public infrastructure projects and is a proponent of the use of Progressive Design-Build and Virtual Design & Construction as an implementation approach for integrated project delivery. Geoff brings a unique insight to the design and construction process. He is the immediate past president of the Design-Build Institute of America, where he still serves on the national board.
