The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (“Authority”) is seeking Proposals in response to the subject Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of expert professional architectural services for the Port Authority Bus Terminal Replacement Project on an “as-needed” basis during 2022 through 2027. The Authority reserves the right to extend this agreement for an additional 3 (three) additional 3 (three)-year periods (“Option Periods”) (a total of 9 (nine) option years). Services to be performed by the selected Consultant may be funded in whole or in part by a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Transportation. The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable federal requirements as required.

It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)onApril 05, 2022or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time of the Proposal Due Date. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
