Among the impressive and diverse array of this year's winning entries: a project delivering eye-catching檐篷at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport; a federal office building built amid challenging conditions in San Juan, Puerto Rico; an energy-positive K-12 school in North Carolina; and a佐治亚理工学院educational facility built to the demanding criteria of the International Living Future Institute’s Living Building Challenge.
This year’s diverse group of jurors hailed from across the Southeast, and included the following : Jamie Breme, Fluor Corp., Greenville, S.C.; Keith Douglas, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., Atlanta; Cary Perkins, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, Greenville, S.C.; Ray Riddle, Holder Construction, Atlanta; Bobby Teachey, Brownstone Construction Group, North Charleston, S.C.; and Ron Whalen, Roger B. Kennedy Construction, Altamonte Springs, Fla.
