ViaWest Group’s Multi-Million Dollar Renovation of the Biltmore Financial Center
ViaWest Group announced it will undertake a multi-million dollar renovation of the Biltmore Financial Center. The soon-to-be-renovated Class A office complex consists of three buildings and approximately 635,000 square feet at the northwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. Renovation begins in January, ViaWest expects it to be complete in July.

The newly renovated center will include eight suites totaling 35,000 sq ft, a 3,500-sq-ft tenant lounge and conference room, improved bathrooms and workout space, updated lobby space, corridors and elevator lobbies.
Major Biltmore Financial Center tenants include Fennemore Craig, Colliers International and Northern Trust.

Currently, Human Condition Safety has a pilot project under way at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, to simulate conditions on construction sites and large venues in order to test the wearables and help determine what series of events lead to trips, falls and other preventable injuries.
