Ken Karlis set to join Tetra Tech's resource management and energy unit following its April 29 agreement to buy Cornerstone Environmental Group, Middletown, N.Y., of which he is president and chief operating officer. Cornerstone is an engineer and consultant specializing in solid-waste markets, with 160 employees and $30 million in revenue, says Tetra Tech. Terms of the deal, set to close this month, were not disclosed.
