Based in Greenville, S.C., he was, until earlier this year, undersecretary of energy for nuclear security and head of the National Nuclear Security Administration.William C. Bodiealso joins the group as senior vice president of business development in Arlington, Va. He was executive vice president of the government services unit of Parsons Corp.
Mark Lesinskihas joined Rolls-Royce as president of its nuclear services business. He was chief operating officer of the U.K. Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, an agency that manages site nuclear-waste cleanup and site decommissioning there. Lesinski now works at the firm's North America base in Rochester, N.Y.

Terry Poolehas joined American Bridge Co., Coraopolis, Pa., as chief operating officer. He was acting general manager at Bechtel Corp. and also president of heavy-civil and operations vice president at Flatiron Constructors. American Bridge was second-low bidder on the extension of Carolina Bays Parkway in South Carolina, says an Oct. 22 news item on the firm's website. Its $99.4-milion bid compares to Flatiron's, at $97.9 million. United Contractors, Archer Western Construction, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure and The Lane Construction Co. submitted higher bids.

McDermott International Inc. has hiredDavid Dicksonas executive vice president and chief operating officer. Formerly president of Technip USA Inc., he will succeedStephen M.
