Lisa V. Larrabeehas been named president and CEO of Harris & Associates, a Concord, Calif., professional services firm, effective on Oct. 18. She succeeds盖伊·埃里克森（Guy Erickson），who is retiring after 30 years with the firm, the last eight in those roles. Larrabee was senior vice president and environment planning division leader at ICF International, Fairfax, Va., and also served as COO of design firm Jones & Stokes before ICF acquired it in 2008.

Praj o .白has joined Manhard Consulting Ltd., Vernon Hills, Ill., as area manager in northern California. The change follows its Sept. 2 acquisition of Eureka, Calif.-based White Engineering, a civil and structural firm, of which he was founder and principal.
