建造crews have started clearing the site and preparing for the drilling of foundation piles in St. Petersburg, Fla., for the 515-ft, 46-story condominium tower The Residences at 400 Central, anticipated to be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf Coast. At a total 1.3 million sq ft, the tower will include shops, restaurants, a rooftop observatory and Class A office space.
