Tim Hoeffnerhas joined Chicago rail and transit firm Quandel Consultants. Hoeffner worked for the Michigan Dept. of Transportation for 40 years, most recently as director of MDOT’s Office of Rail. As a senior consultant for Quandel, based in Ann Arbor, Mich., Hoeffner will be responsible for growing the firm’s business locally.

Anne Sheahanhas joined HNTB to lead the firm’s Chicago region business development. Through previous roles in the public sector, Sheahan brings a deep history of relationships and extensive knowledge in policy, planning and financing. Sheahan most recently served the City of Chicago Office of the Mayor as first deputy chief of staff. She led the development of the Lightfoot administration’s strategic initiatives and policy priorities for Chicago’s infrastructure, transportation, regulatory and administrative services departments/agencies.

CRB is an engineering, architecture, construction and consulting solutions firm mainly serving the life sciences and food and beverage industries.
