The project scope includes construction of building space and equipment foundations; purchase and erection of structural steel; installation of a containerboard paper machine; purchase and installation of a process water recycling system, a boiler, wet scrubbers, vacuum pumps, and pulp-hydrating, starch surface treatment, calendering, roll-handling, winding, conveying, packaging, palletizing and loading-dock equipment; and purchase of forklift trucks. The mill will have the capacity to produce 1,000 tons of linerboard per day. Valmet Corporation has been selected to supply the major equipment.
