The University of Washington and its Clean Energy Institute have namedKevin Klustnerexecutive director of the Center for Advanced Materials and Clean Energy Technologies. Klustner recently served as CEO of Powerit Solutions, a cloud-based industrial energy efficiency platform.

Loreana Marciantehas joined HNTB Corp. as emerging mobility solutions engineer in the firm’s Bellevue, Wash., office. Marciante is focusing on advanced technology programs in HNTB’s electric vehicle solutions practice. She has nearly two decades of experience in urban built environments.
