Matthew J. Jeannerethas been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Washington, D.C.-based American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). Jeanneret, who joined ARTBA in 1998 as director of public affairs, has been the association’s deputy chief operating officer since January. For the past decade, Jeanneret had been ARTBA’s senior vice president of communications and marketing.

Steve Skinnerhas joined the Walsh Group as vice president and business group leader. He will be responsible for project execution and expanding the company’s commercial building construction business in the Washington, D.C., market. Skinner, with 37 years of industry experience, previously was executive vice president and general manager at Skanska.

Campbell has more than 11 years of marketing experience in the architecture/engineering industry on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Campbell supervises marketing for all three of the firm’s locations, in Salisbury and Easton, Md., and Milford, Del.

Enterlein has experience as an accountant and operations manager in the architecture and construction industries, preparing analytical data, mediating negotiations and providing financial information. Uhle previously was director of reactor safety programs at engineering and consulting firm Jensen Hughes. Before that, she worked for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for 23 years. Uhle replacesJoe Pollock, who is retiring. Pollock will remain at NEI until Dec. 31 as Uhle makes the transition to her new job.
