The project scope includes construction of equipment foundations; mechanical, electrical and structural upgrades; purchase and erection of structural steel and fuel storage tanks; retrofit of the coal-fired boilers; and purchase and installation of combustion and steam turbines, heat recovery steam and electrical generators, transformers, gas piping, and flow and emissions control equipment.
